Job Requirements and Duties

• Must be at least 18years and able to pass routine background and drug test
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Effective communication skills and ability to de-escalate 
• Ability to maintain a clean environment at all the time
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a challenging/conflicting situation and be able to de-escalate situations
• Be able to come to job on time and maintain professionalism
• Drivers license a plus but not required
• Familiarity of fun places in Grand Rapids and the surrounding area is a plus
